Kate Borgelt Photography (est. 2007) is based in Golden, CO, but I love to travel worldwide.

... and my little family. I was married to an incredible guy in August, 2006 and recently... became a Mom. Life has been ever-changing since.

I could listen endlessly to my daughter's giggle and I melt when I hear my husband tell her how beautiful she is. She is love defined no other way I have ever experienced.

She has brought a perspective to my photography that I am forever thankful for... an unexpected gift to see the world differently and I know I am a better photographer for it.

It is daunting to me to know that a moment is here and then it is gone forever. I think it is somewhere in the many layers of that thought where my love for photography has its roots...wanting to freeze time for a second longer and hold onto a moment.

It is true that if you *blink* these moments pass by and it is my hope to help you capture this amazing time in your life and to see all the blessings around you...including little toes and messy faces...giggles and cries... and your family just loving each other! That is the good stuff in life!
